Meeting of the Permanent Technical Committee
from 8 September to 11 September in Potsdam

Dear Sir or Madam,

In view of the fact that the next meeting of the Permanent Technical Committee can´t take
place in Hungary VDES has agreed to organize the conference. It will be held in Potsdam
from 8 September to 11 September 2010.

The delegates are going to be accommodated in Mercure Hotel Potsdam City, Lange
Brücke, 14467 Potsdam. The hotel is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Central Station.
It will take you about 5 minutes on foot. The meeting will take place in the sports club of the
railway employees.

As we have already told you in the e-mail of the USIC General Secretary´s Office it is only
intended to send one delegate per country and if necessary one interpreter. For other
persons the costs amount to 450 euros. As there is not much time remaining we would like to
ask you to mail or fax the names of the delegates and their arrival and departure times on the
enclosed form by 13 August 2010.

Friday, 10 September 2010
possibly the continuation of the meeting, excursion

Saturday, 11 September 2010
departure after breakfast
