13.10.2011		Arrival of the delegations until 06.00 p.m. at the main station in Lucerne
14.10.2011		Negotiations of the Permanent Technical Committee PTC
15.10.2011		Excursion in the region of Lucerne, Gala-Dinner
16.10.2011		departure of the delegations until 11.00 a.m.

           
Registrations can only be done by internet. Please do only use the official forms for the definite participation as well as for the registration by name. Accompanying persons are welcome. The contribution for the stay is about EUR 600.00 all inclusive.

For organisational reasons we kindly ask you to send us the corresponding forms until 31.07.2011 (Declaration of definite participation) respectively until 31.08.2011 (Declaration
of names).
