The Presidium decides on all matters concerning the Association management which are not expressly reserved for the General Meeting.

The Presidium is in particular responsible for the following matters:

• Election of the First and Second Vice-President
• Taking any measures necessary to achieve the purpose of the Association; such measures shall be submitted to the General Meeting for approval
• Approval of any resolutions and proposals of the Permanent Technical Committee
• Administration of  Association assets and approval of Association accounts and budget proposals
• Convening the General Meeting
• Implementing resolutions passed by the General Meeting
• Submitting proposals to the General Meeting regarding the admission or expulsion of members
• Submitting proposals to the General Meeting regarding any changes to the Association’s statutes and rules of procedure.
