We have the pleasure to invite you at the 18th USIC Chess Championship that is to be held between 19 and 25th of May 2012 in â€Albena†Resort, Bulgaria.

Programme
19.05.2012 Arrival of the teams till 16.00 hrs at Varna station or airport
Varna. Technical meeting.
20.05.2012 First circle. Official opening ceremony.
21.05.2012 Second and third circle.
22.05.2012 Fourth circle.
23.05.2012 Fifth and sixth circle.
24.05.2012 Seventh circle. Technical meeting. Championship closure.
25.05.2011 Teams departure till 11.00 hrs.
We are able to accept accompanying persons. The amount for the accommodation of one person is 350 EUR. The accommodation of arriving or departing teams out of the championship dates will cost 50 EUR per person a day. If there are any we would ask you to send us the details not later than the registration date for participation – 29.02.2012.
Organizers do not bear the responsibility for thefts during the Championship.
For organizational reasons we would ask you to send us the relevant forms not later than 29.02.2012 (final registration), respectively until 16.04.2012 (name registration).
For the teams for which entrance visas are necessary we would ask you to send us the necessary data not later than 25.03.2012.
