Following a resolution passed by the Presidium, the General Secretary shall convene the Congress, Presidium, Permanent Technical Committee (PTC) and any other meetings and shall draw up the agenda of such meetings in consultation with the President. The General Secretary shall authorise and monitor the implementation of any resolutions passed and shall be responsible for the Association’s ongoing operations.
