The General Meeting is in particular responsible for the following matters:
- Approval of the General Secretary’s annual report of Association activities
- Approval of the accounts of the previous two financial years as well as the budget proposals for the following two financial years
- Election of the President, the General Secretary, the Treasurer and other Presidium members
- Appointment of the members of the Permanent Technical Committee and its President
- Appointment of members of any other committees
- Appointment of two members who shall act as auditors and who shall appoint their representatives
- Appointment of any honorary presidents and honorary members
- Conferment of any awards
- Deciding on the admission and expulsion of any members
- Setting the level of annual membership contributions
- Setting the level of the equalisation of burdens factors applicable to four financial / sporting years
- Setting the level of the bonus payable from the equalisation funds to offset any credit days as part of the equalisation of burdens process following the end of four financial / sporting years
- Deciding on all items on the agenda
- Changing the statutes and rules of procedure of the Association
- Deciding on the dissolution of the Association
